Portuguese Food Week

A couple of weeks ago I asked DeAnna to throw out a country and said I would cook popular dishes from that country all week. Without hesitation (that woman knows my kind of crazy) she said Portugal, and so it began. I posted on facebook and said I didn’t know how long it would last, but it seems like a fun project. In all likelihood, I won’t do this every week, but I’m now wrapping up week two and having a blast! It has opened my eyes to some dishes I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise.
