Elias Verion was born in the Republic of Lithuania, a country still under the regime of the Soviet Union. He entered the world not in abundance, but in a working-class family where scarcity—material and emotional—was a quiet constant.

In those years, generational trauma was rarely spoken of, and psychology or psychotherapy were almost non-existent in everyday life. Like many of their generation, Elias’s parents carried unhealed wounds of their own. At the age of ten, Elias faced one of the most wounding moments of his life: he witnessed his father take his own life. The shock and grief of that moment left a deep imprint.

Regardless of emotional challenges at home, Elias was able to excell academically and graduated with strong results, earning a place at one of top universities to study psychology in his home country. This was the beginning of a lifelong journey into understanding the human mind.

Over the next two decades, Elias built what many would call a “successful life.” He had a beautiful family, a warm and cozy home, and a promising career. From the outside, it was the picture of fulfillment. But inwardly, something was missing. Anxiety and depression lingered like shadows that refused to fade, whispering that there was more to understand—about life, about himself, and about the nature of human suffering.

Determined to get to the very root of the human condition, Elias deepened his studies, completed a 4 year postgraduate psychotherapy program, and became a practitioner. This was not just a profession for him, but a way to turn his own pain into insight, and his insight into healing for others.

In many ways, this search was a gift. It allowed Elias to develop a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional patterns, motivation, and the ways trauma shapes perception. Working with people gave him valuable insight—yet, despite his knowledge and skill in applying therapeutic methods, psychotherapy did not reveal itself as the ultimate answer.

Determined to go further, Elias explored every form of therapy he could find: hypnotherapy, rebirthing, body-oriented approaches, and more. While these methods sometimes brought temporary relief, none could dissolve the underlying insecurity that kept him restless most of the time.

This led him to seek deeper answers in the world’s spiritual traditions. He practiced meditation and prayer. He attended Theravāda Buddhist gatherings, immersed himself in Zen retreats, explored Vajrayāna Buddhism, and visited Hindu temples. He followed the Christian way, both Protestant and Catholic, and even turned to shamanic traditions—yet the sense of final resolution remained elusive.

So Elias turned to the source: the original sacred texts—from the Bible to the Bhagavad Gītā to the Dhammapada and Qur’an. Slowly, piece by piece, and through listening to many spiritual teachers, especially the non-dual wisdom of Advaita Vedānta and mystical traditions from across the world a deeper clarity began to dawn. He started to recognize his true nature—something that had always been there, untouched by suffering.

Elias began studying the theories of spiritual awakening, noticing how diverse disciplines—from science and depth psychology to the great religious philosophies—were all pointing toward a similar, profound path to complete healing. At the heart of each was one essential truth: we suffer because we believe ourselves to be only this limited person—this conditioned personality, inhabiting a temporary body, playing certain roles, and living within the confines of a short lifetime.

With his academic background in psychology, years of experience in psychotherapy, and an extensive spiritual search that spanned multiple traditions, Elias came to a profound understanding: every person has the power to consciously create their life by willfully transforming their beliefs and thoughts. In his model of awakening to self-actualization, manifestation works best when it flows from abundance rather than lack—when an individual has seen through the illusion of ego and lives from the knowing of their infinite nature, embodying it in everyday life.

He poured all of his findings and understanding into his book THE AEON: YOU ARE GOD, a work that blends scientific insight, spiritual wisdom, and practical guidance. Today, the book is available to anyone who feels there must be something more to life—and who is ready to discover it.
